caring for your geowelry

- tarnishing of metal is normal, follow these simple care tips to maintain the beauty of your jewelry.

- gently Wipe with included jewelry polishing cloth.

- If needed, gently wash your jewelry with mild dish soap, water, and a soft bristled toothbrush; dry with a soft towel, microfiber towels work best.

- Store your jewelry in the provided cotton pouch, and in a cool, dry place away from other metals.

- Always remove your jewelry when applying lotions or oils, and when swimming or bathing.

- Replace your jewelry polishing cloth as needed.

- You can find replacement polishing cloths here

- we do not use copper, nickel, or aluminum alloys in any of our pieces.

 
 

Domestic Shipping

- all orders are shipped via the USPS, standard shipping insurance is included. 

- All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.

- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

- For items that are in stock, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

- For items that are made-to-order, please allow 2 - 3 weeks lead time for production, with additional shipping time. 

- Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.

- If you would like to request that your order be expedited, please email info@geowelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

International Shipping 

- All international orders are shipped via USPS Global.

- The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout.

- Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

- If your country is not available to ship to, please email info@geowelry.com and we will assist you with your purchase.

- Geowelry is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, or carrier delays.

Returns & exchanges

- We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 10 days of delivery.

- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any return or exchange.

- To initiate a return or exchange please email us at info@geowelry.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange”.

- All solid 14k gold pieces (not including gold vermeil), or any item from our fine jewelry collection can be exchanged only.

- All customized and/or commissioned custom designs are final sale.

- Geowelry reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear or if there is damage to the merchandise.

- Should your jewelry need any repairs, please see our repair policy.

Repair policy

- For all repair inquiries, please email info@geowelry.com

- Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

- If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a Repair reference number and shipping instructions.

- Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete.

- All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
